What we are deliberately not building first.

• Native iOS/Android apps (PWA first).
• Live video streaming of fights (results are self-reported + judged, not streamed).
• Betting or gambling of any kind.
• Blockchain/NFT implementation of digital cards (in-app collectibles first; blockchain can be evaluated later, not assumed).
• Open multi-federation launch (PFC exclusive until the model is proven).
• In-app messaging beyond fight coordination (Grindr-style chat is not the product here).
• Auto-generated refereeing or automated scoring judgment — referees and judges are human by design.
• Complex secondary card trading markets in v1.
