Platform, Architecture & Localization
One responsive codebase, two countries, two languages.
- Platform: web + PWA. One responsive codebase; installable on iOS/Android home screens; GPS geolocation for the discovery grid; push notifications for challenges and fight confirmations. Native apps are a later phase — PWA is the fast, cheap MVP move and fits a nation-wide launch without app-store friction in two countries.
- Payments: Stripe (cards) as the v1 rail for both countries. Panama-specific payout rails evaluated before fighter payouts scale.
- Physical cards: Printify integration for printed twins of digital cards.
- Localization: i18n from day one — EN/ES UI, rules text, notifications and card designs; timezone-aware scheduling for cross-border fights.
- Geo UX at nationwide scale: city/region clustering on the map; "nearest active fighters" default; expandable radius.
- Admin: federation-scoped admin panel (PFC first) — fighters, pillows, referees, results, thresholds, rules templates.
- Deployment: standard web stack + CDN; PWA manifest and service worker for installability and offline-tolerant scoring entry.
