MVP Scope — What We Build First

Everything below ships in v1.

In scope (v1)

• Fighter profiles with photo, nickname, stats (wins/losses/streak, tier), location and availability.
• Location-based discovery grid/map with tier filters and city-level clustering (nationwide scale: USA + Panama).
• Tier 1 mutual-confirmation fight flow (create profile → confirm each other → confirm fight → begin together → agree on result).
• Tier 2 official fight flow with serial-verified official pillow, mandatory referee, and 1–3 judges scoring live via private link.
• Live judge scoring UI with predefined rule buttons (per PFC rules), result reconciliation and record updates.
• Fighter records dashboard (the stat spine that will follow fighters to pro).
• Fan economy: tips and limited-print Digital Fighter Cards stored in a fan collection dashboard.
• PFC admin panel: fighter/pillow verification, referee assignment, result approval, rule and threshold configuration.
• Payments (Stripe), bilingual EN/ES, responsive web + PWA with push notifications.
